One of the most important part of our real estate program is our Review Exam-Prep Course. The California State Real Estate Exam is not easy. The average California real exam pass rate is only 50% for first-time test takers.
With Approved Real Estate Academy our prep course is designed to help you prepare for the exam and can boost pass rates to over 92%. We do this by having the most current content. Our Prep Course is set up to look and feel like the State Exam. This gives your the confidence to pass your exam. Our review course is set up so your can review each subject and than move on to our “Random From All” section. Each time you try it our program will give you different questions. The goal is to keep practicing until you reach 80%. You need to get 70% on the State Exam so the extra 10% will give your the safety 10% margin.
